(P.L.318, No.32), known as the Downtown Location Law, further providing for
powers and duties of the Department of General Services.
- A01425 (Earll) –
This amendment to section 4 would strike proposed new subsection

a request by a State agency to locate outside a downtown area unless a majority
of the factors specified in the guidelines are found to be unsatisfactory to the
agency's needs.

providing for the composition of the State Horse Racing Commission.
- A01378 (Earll) – This amendment would amend section 201 (b)
