June 9, 2010 - Senator Earll took part in a news conference in support of the merit selection of judges. Merit selection is supported by Gov. Rendell and former Governors Thornburgh, Ridge and Schweiker. Senator Earll has introduced two bills that would replace certain judicial elections with merit selection.
